Finding cheap long-term parking around JFK airport is not easy. Bolt Parking has been a leader in airport parking for several years. Updated Feb 2021 - Bolt Parking JFK is Temporarily Closed due to COVID-19 Travel Restrictions.
I was very delighted with the service at bolt parking, from start to end. I was running very late and was going to miss my plane, well the people at Bolt were so efficient that they were able to process me and get me on the shuttle in time that I did not miss my flight with time to spare. Coming back same efficiency, the young lady behind the counter could tell I had a ruff trip and process me very quickly. After looking over me truck and seeing it was just as I left it the nice young man helped me with my bag. I will be using Bolt parking in the near future.

These guys are the best. I arrived from Tampa FL. The change in weather was drastic and I was dreading having brought no coat with me and having to drive a freezing car. To my delight, the crew here had my car on and the heat on. But the warmth was really in being picked up by Toni, so nice, polite and so helpful and being received with a "Welcome back" from the ladies at the office. Such a wonderful experience. Book Bolt! I'm never booking any other company ever again. Thank you!

Bolt parking has been great, and is my go to place when I need to get to JFK. It’s super close to JFK. The staff including Daisy is always a phone call away. Warren the driver is warm, kind and accommodating. They are all careful, safe drivers. I’ve had rides from Tom, Tony, and Manny also, and they are all helpful and friendly.

Bolt Parking location is perfectly located near JFK and the drivers and staff are the BEST! Always professional, courteous and on time. Bolt at JFK was great. We left our car for a week and had a quick ride to the terminal. With a phone call upon return, pick up was also quick. Car was in fine shape. Due to our travel logistics, we had to leave some stuff in the trunk and were a bit worried about it. However, nothing was missing upon our return. All employees we encountered were very polite and helpful. I’d use Bolt again !!

Overall impressed by all the staff at the lot and shuttles for both dropoff and pickup. Trying to roll the dice on off-site JFK parking is always a risk, but I found the lot as clean and paved, staff was friendly without the feeling of any shady intent. Shuttle pickup was timely with the vehicles being roomy, clean, cold AC and extremely visible logos to identify at pickup. They did full walk through of vehicle along side you to point out any previous damage at dropoff and upon inspection of vehicle on return, no sight of foul play or questionable additional miles added which is reassuring for no joyrides. Their email and text message feature was easy to use with reminder messages and shuttle request upon arrival from trip. Overall, pleasantly surprised and plan to use them as my go-to lot in the future.

Awesome parking lot! Used them when I was flying out of JFK and needed to park for a week. First off, there are a bunch of other lots nearby but many seemed to be in exceptionally sketchy looking area (I know around airports is usually sketchy but these looked bad!) and I had to drop off in the middle of the night. Bolt had a nicely lit, completely fenced in lot that you drive into to drop off/pickup. I made online reservation and drop off was super simple and fast. The shuttle was there waiting and my family got on immediately and we were at the airport in no time. The shuttle is also a legit shuttle with Bolt sign on it so it is very easy to find during pick up at the terminal. Return pickup from airport was amazing. I called right after picking up the last luggage, and was told shuttle will be there in ~10 mins. I assumed it would likely be at least 30min since it was evening rush hour on a Friday but by the time I made it out to the pick up area, the shuttle was pulling up! The shuttle was clean and in great condition, and the driver was friendly and professional. And once we got to the lot, my car was already in the front waiting! Would highly recommend.

I have use bolt parking every time I travel and have to catch a flight. They are pretty quick with getting you to your terminal. Their also quick with pick ups. I will recommend them and will continue to use them. Go bolts when in need of airport parking excellent and very polite, and great customer service.

We picked up our car today after leaving it at Bolt Parking for the past 13 days. We had no problems and Tony came to pick us up at JFK within10 minutes of calling. He loaded our luggage for us and was very professional.

Gained a customer for life. After being misled to get parking on one of the other parking websites, I was booked with a lot that was actually closed for several months now, I drove urgently to find an alternative. I was fortunate to find Bolt and Elisa, the manager, who not only took care of getting me parking but drove the shuttle van to take me to the terminal so I could check in on time and not miss my flight. Really great! We drove from Montreal to NYC and left our car here for 6 days. A shuttle brings us to the airport and picks us up, it's really convenient! On the way back, our driver Warren was great. Go with your eyes closed ( french expression 😆 )

We had a great experience with this place! The woman who works there is extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle showed up right away to get us to the airport and the shuttle driver was also very nice. On our way back, I called to have the shuttle come pick us up from the airport and was told that the driver had unfortunately been injured and we were asked to take a cab from the airport and that we would be reimbursed. The cab fair was unusually high but we were fully reimbursed for our ride without any questions and the woman was extremely apologetic for any inconvenience. She also made sure to have the car ready for us as soon as we arrived. I will definitely be parking here again.

They did their job…kinda. Super friendly staff, close to the airport. It would be five stars if they hadn’t let me sit for 35 minutes before calling to tell me their bus was full and I would either have to wait or find my own way to the lot. They did reduce the cost of my stay to make it right. I would park there again. Great people.

Overall decent experience. When we dropped off the car the morning of our trip, their shuttle was not working. The attendant asked us to take an Uber and promised to deduct the cost from the parking fee. Was no problem catching an uber and they did actually follow through with a deduction when we arrived a few days later to retrieve the car. Airport pickup on the way back was quite fast, took maybe 10 minutes from the time I called until pickup. Would use again.

After reading a lot of positive reviews of this parking, we cancelled our pre-booked parking at a near by parking and parked our car at Bolt parking for 8 days. We were pleasantly surprised by their promptness with everything. From dropping us off to the airport to picking us up when we got back. Also the car was in the same condition we left it in. Definitely recommend. 4 stars since its very pricey, but if you want to keep your car safe, this is the lot we recommend.
