Everything went absolutely smoothly with ARB parking! They were responsive, pleasant, and organized. I had several canceled flights and days of delays and they didn't charge me for the unexpected extra time. They were such a breath of fresh air compared to the nightmare of working with the airlines. The smoothest part of my trip was dropping off my car and picking it back up!

Parked with this company twice in the past couple months and they have been amazing. The parking lot is gated, and I know my car is safe. The shuttles are very prompt and show up to the terminals quickly. They made traveling a lot easier for me. I will be using this service again. Very reasonable pricing as well.

I will definitely use them for long term parking again!! The service was great! The staff was so nice! I left my backpack with my toiletries in my car and remembered when I was on the shuttle on the way to the airport, they were nice enough to bring it to me. Talk about great customer service.

Drive in and park up front, pay, fork over your keys, get on a shuttle and arrive at the departing terminal - all accomplished in 15 minutes. The price was perfect, my car was safe, and I was picked up so expediently (despite me accidentally requesting pickup at the wrong terminal) when I came back. My car was up front at the office waiting for me and the staff was so efficient and exceptional that I’ll never park anywhere else again. THANK YOU!

I had a great experience as a first time customer. What I liked the most is that I did not have to call for a pick up on my return. Very convenient, everything is link to your cell phone number and email. Easy instructions as to how request a shuttle on your way back. Car key was ready for me on my arrival to get my car back. Shuttles run on a timely manner. Very professional and quick service. I will definitely use this parking lot again. I 100% recommended ARB parking Newark service. I hope they don’t increase their prices :)

The overall experience was very pleasant. When we pulled the car we were unsure where to park and the lot seemed full, the office helped us with a temporary slot and said they would move later. On the way back, the car was parked right in front of the office. They pull cars ahead based on the pick up time so that customers don't waste looking for car. The shuttle experience was very seamless with no wait. I will definitely parking here again.

a shuttle on line nor did I know what the office number was either) some instructions or indoctrination would have been helpful. Also, I could have asked questions. However, the service was so swift and expedient that I had no time. That's not a complaint. Overall they drove safely. I would recommend and use this service again.

This place worked out great. They are easier to get to than most spots near Newark, though the road has lots of potholes. They keep your keys so you won't lose them traveling, have the best rates, and are very speedy. Check-in is quick, and the pickup at the airport was perfect. They were waiting at the spot when I got there and I was in my car heading home within 30 minutes of getting off the plane. Their shuttles are more frequent and comfortable, and everyone is helpful and friendly.

Great price, close to airport- our flight arrived at midnight, clicked on the link to request shuttle, 10 mins later they were at the meeting point. Business is run seamlessly, when we arrived at the location, my car was already retrieved. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are so amazing! If you’re running late like I always am or losing stuff life me. No worries, they helped guide me to the correct terminal for pick up after losing my text message with the link for pickup. It was a quick easy drop off and pick up to and from the airport and they are very kind people. I will continue to use them for my future travels.

They really wanted a five star review which I can't conscientiously give, but I'll say 3.5 and round it up to four.
The good - Price! Very economical, although you have to pay in cash. Probably a good place if you're going to stay for a week or more. Text updates are good.
OK - Van is relatively new though not super clean. The guy when I checked in was very busy on the phone and had to wait about 5 minutes before he could talk to me. It was better when checking out. You may have to wait a while on the van since I think there are only two and only one seems to be running at a time.
Not so good - Lot isn't paved and so your car is dusty when you get it back.
I wish this new business well and may use them again when I have to be gone over a week, but will have to add $10 for a car wash when done.

Fast, efficient, and cost-effective although a little scary with the number of cars packed in (like sardines) so closely in the lot. Almost surprised our car came out with no visible damage. Process was streamlined and efficient. Service representatives and drivers were friendly enough (though not overly so). Would likely use them again.

This was so much easier & cheaper than long term parking at the airport. As soon as we arrived, they immediately took us to the airport (a 5 minute ride). On return, they were there waiting for us before we even picked up our luggage. My vehicle was already pulled up and ready upon return to the lot. Very fast service & easy to use. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lot is a little hard to find. There needs to be better signage on site & from the main road. We passed several other airport parking services that were much more visible & easier to find. I will definitely use them again.

Found this place on Google, great rate for parking considering the holiday weekend/travel. Their set up and process is seamless, super punctual and honestly one of the better off airport parking experiences I have had. Don’t be turned off by the lot- there are ALOT of cars and leaves you to wonder is there is really any room to park- I was super skeptical at first. I was pleasantly surprised and glad I chose this lot- They guys handle everything and already had my car pulled up when I got back from the airport via shuttle. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be parking here again for future travel! Thank you ARB staff for your great service!

It was an easy park n fly experience for us at ARB! Having our flights leaving at 6am and getting back at 5am, we were at the parking space before dawn but there was no hassle leaving our car there. The shuttle service also runs round the clock plus the request for pickup at the airport is very fast. Our driver Abdul is friendly & very professional. Will definitely use their service again!

Fantastic experience here. Great rates, good shuttle service, car was well taken care of, service was super fast and easy. My flight was late coming in and the dude at the counter waived my late fees for our car pickup time. Was super nice about it too! Highly recommemded for any flights out of Newark!
