used you a couple times and was very happy this time we had to wait 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport back to our car - was not happy after flying for 3 hours to have to wait for our car

Flight was delayed and your shuttle service was closed. Not a good experience.

This hotel is a wonderful option for family travel, with loved ones including our furry friends. Conveniently located to local interstates with accommodating shuttle service to and from the airport. Continental breakfast including hot items as well as quick items on the go. There are snack machines and economical food items at the front desk for your traveling needs. There is a 24 hour fitness center available, be sure to request access from the front desk to ensure safe a sanitized workout environment. I enjoy a quaint hotel, that has all of the items that meet my vacation needs; that is budget friendly. I enjoy splurging on vacation plans and activities. This hotel is by far your best best with shuttle service to and from the airport. If you are seeking a luxury suite prepare to pay for the upgrade. This hotel is centrally located near plenty of restaurants for dining and has entertainment next door Spare Time) for the whole family. The entire staff will treat you as family. The best valued airport hotel that Windsor Locks has to offer.

Right next to Bradley International airport which was very convenient for us. Rooms were fine for what we paid. Sheets and towels were clean, room was reasonably clean. Sheets and the one blanket on the beds were thin. Comfortable, check-in was easy. Quiet after 9pm the night we stayed there.

I have stayed here on two different occasions. The rooms are what is expected of a “semi-budget” hotel. The hallways have a damp, moldy odors, which, thankfully, did not extend to the rooms. This is a no-frills, basic place; do NOT expect any bells and whistles. The selling point for this place is the proximity to the airport and its shuttle service. They have friendly (female) staff. They were very accommodating. However, I could not say the same about the male ones.

Stayed here for a while cuz house flooded. Plumbing is bad in some rooms. Housekeeping is top notch. Noise pollution because of nearby airport. Good cable and wifi.

Locations is perfect. Walking distance to restos. Has an airport shuttle. Spacious rooms. Although needs their carpet for changing. No pool. Light breakfast. Has a business computer use. Front desk(black woman)upon our check in has no courtesy or no customer service, where this industry should have. Other staffs are courteous. Coffee maker in rm.140 has dust so watch out

Having grown accustomed to bad service and being nickled and dimed, I am writing this review to say there are still places where people are kind, honest and doing their best. This is the place.

It is what it is. It appears to be owned by East Indian immigrants who are--as they can afford it--upgrading their American dream establishment. They offer free breakfast, then coffee in the lobby until it runs out. If there is a bill difference, they cede to you. I unexpectedly arrived four hours early and they hurried to prepare a room for me! No charge. Not the American way. At least not anymore. They are genuinely good people. The rooms are clean enough for what you are paying. Linens are clean. Everything working. Lots of hot water and heat and AC. If you cannot be bothered to lift a toilet lid to stop a running toilet, go down the road to the $240 a night option with a running toilet. No bedbugs, hugely comfortable beds. This trip, had some ants in my room. Cleaned up the crumb they were feasting on, and no more ants. I am a professional female who rebuilds tear-down quality houses for a hobby. To me, this place is a no-brainer. Great, but only for a certain kind of person. Last item. I am not a 420 woman, but many of the other patrons are. If that is unsatisfactory to you to smell the waft of weed, better keep moving.

This is perhaps my favorite economy hotel in all my recent travels!

Great location, friendly and helpful service. Rooms are a little bit old but nothing to worry about. It's about 3-5 min away from the airport, and the shuttle runs late and early at night. McDonald's and dunkin are close from here.

I walked from the airport to the hotel and it's about 17 min. Great value.

I had an extended stay here and was completely pleased with everything. The staff was polite and courteous at all times. The location is very convenient with access to many local restaurants and the airport across the street.

On my way out to Dallas, from Hartford, I stayed here for roughly 2 weeks. It is centrally located for those who are on foot. There is also a bus line that runs to local Windsor Locks and areas around and to Hartford. This bus also connects to the Amtrak/Hartford line if you require going to Springfield ma (where there are recreational cannabis stores, shopping, and a casino for all my people out there!) All are within walking distance from public transit. I'm focusing on this because I'm new to the public transit world and I'm fascinated when everything connects well!!

The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the wifi was strong! So good

Great place to sleep for a night before getting back on the road! Got here at 11PM last night, we had booked 30 mins before. Check-in was easy and the room was actually decently clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was somewhat comparable to that of the Home2 Suites I had stayed in before. This place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for budget travelers!

Perfect place when traveling from Bradley International airport. We had an early flight and the weather wasn't favorable so we stayed here and got the shuttle to the airport while leaving our car at the hotel. Much less expensive than airport parking and the shuttle picked us up and brought us right to our car.
