Parked at Park By the Ports for 16 days in July/August 2023. Left on a one-way cruise and flew back to the airport. They shuttled us to the lot both ways. Very good service. Quick trips to and from the lot. Friendly, helpful. Best part was the price. Very reasonable and far cheaper than other companies. Highly recommend.

Our experience was excellent when we went on our cruise out of port Everglades. The driver was nice. They loaded our luggage into the van. We went directly there and they dropped us right by where we needed to be to get on the ship. We were a little anxious about Whether they would be there when we got back because the cruise changed their dock but they were right there and only took about 10 minutes of waiting and we took off and got right to our car and we were out of there in no time flat. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to our friends.

We were very pleased. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. We are elderly and frail, and they were a great help with the luggage. We did not have to call for pickup; they were right there to get us. We were especially grateful after my husband left his backpack on the shuttle, with his passport and boarding papers. We might have missed the cruise, but instead the driver noticed the backpack still on the shuttle and brought it right back to us after his other drop-offs. Now that is personal service!

We were very pleased with our cruise parking experience. Shuttles were timely in delivering us to the ship & back to cruise parking. As it turned out, I left a small bag of souvenirs next to the bench where we waited for our car. I called the lot to assure it was there & then drove back to the parking lot to get it. They were now closed for the day but I was able to retrieve the bag. Very thankful!

Online booking was easy and they refunded the difference in charge when I had to reschedule. Parking was easy. The shuttle took me to the airport without waiting and they picked me up at the airport as soon as traffic time allowed them to come -- no delays. Overall, it was easy and excellent. Easy to find, easy to check in. I feel like my car was in a safe lot. Quick shuttle service to the airport. Waited 10-15 min for pickup after returning. The driver answered the phone when I called and told me where to stand for pickup. I like the orange stickers they give you so your driver can easily identify you among all of the other people waiting for pickups. I will definitely use this lot again. Thanks.

If you need to fly or sail from Fort Lauderdale and you do not use them, you made the wrong choice. They are a very friendly Christian business that go out of their way to make your experience top notch. The prices are a third of parking at the port or airport and being so close to both only a short drive. The vehicles are clean, and they put your luggage in and out of the vehicle. It was pouring rain, and they were still incredibly nice. When we were leaving and returning, we might have waited 10 minutes at the most before we were off. They only put 4 to 6 people at a time, so it is not crowded. I just can not say enough good things, so needless to say, I will use them every time!

This parking lot was close to the port and easy to find. The staff loaded and unloaded my bags for me. No additional charge for transport (tips are graciously accepted) which took a load off my mind! They were communicative, accommodating and quick. The price was very reasonable. When picked up after my week long adventure, my car was in the same condition I left it in and service was once again phenomenal! Stress free parking!

My wife and I were very happy with the parking service. We were greeting upon entering, told where to park and driven to our terminal within minutes of arrival. Our return was just as smooth. The driver picked us up from the airport shortly after arrival and drove us back to our vehicle for pickup. Our car was untouched and in great condition as we left it. I was very happy to find this company. All in all it was a great experience. That the car was parked at a casino seemed to add to the sense of security. The only challenge, minor complaint was you offload your luggage before you park the car and then you get back to the front and a van driver has loaded all your luggage whether it was ready or not. TIP: ONLY offload luggage that is zipped and ready to go. They are NOT patient in waiting for you to park your car. If your companion is with the luggage they will load it up and zip off to the port. I understand everyone is in a hurry, but some of us don't walk so fast and don't appreciate the extra stress. Especially when it was HOURS before the sailing time. Fortunately everything made it to the ship intact but I was concerned on the drive over. The driver was a safe driver, I would like to see a bit more organization at the pick up and drop off at the parking lot. The cruise line had the system down pat. Park by the ports has a little room for improvement. I would certainly use them again as the price is reasonable and the service is good.

The ride to the cruise was a bit rough as we had to wait almost an hour before a shuttle was ready to pick us up, but other than that this was a great place to park if you’re cruising. The price was very reasonable and the ride back to our car after the cruise was seamless. We waited less than 15 minutes to get picked up at the port. All the staff were extremely friendly and hard working.

We used Park by the Ports while traveling back to our home state for an extended stay and we were extremely pleased! The cost per day is more than fair and for parties under 4, there is no additional cost for their shuttle to the airport. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, once you check in they tell you exactly where to park and load your luggage into the shuttle for you. The shuttle itself was fast & efficient as you are only about 1.5 miles from the airport they get you there quick! We landed back in Fort Lauderdale New Year’s Day and we’re expecting delays on the shuttle due to it being one of the busiest travel days of the year. However once we called them, they arrived in about 10 minutes! Thank you to the amazing staff there for all of their hard work. Holiday travel is stressful, but these guys made it easy! We will be using them again in the future!

Very organized in getting us to the port. Not much wait to load and we had a full shuttle. We had a couple of stops before our ship but unloading other passengers seemed effecient. Upon on our return it took almost an hour to get back to our car. We waited a bit for a shuttle to arrive then waited more just in case more needed to get on then we had to reroute and go pick up more folks from another ship after we were already on our way to the lot. Wish the trip back had been as good as the trip to the port.

For the price paid, this was a good parking option for our Holland America cruise. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and delivered us on time and picked us up in a timely manner. The downsides were the location in a very busy part of town and that it was open parking in a random parking lot and not very secure. Would I use them again, YES! Like I said for the price with the FREE shuttle to and from, it is a pretty good deal.

This was the best parking experience we have had. It was quick, the driver was very kind and the van was new and comfortable. When we arrived back to port we were off the ship and in the van within 5 minute while we watched others line up and wait for their ride. Fantastic experience! Easy to find the location, portrrs helped to unload car. Ample parking, reasonable pricing and fast friendly service. We arrived, had baggage unloaded, and were on our way to our cruise ship within 15 minutes! Pickup was also exceptional! Knowing what time our ship was due to return there was a driver waiting as we got off - no wait at all!! (typically shuttle runs every 20 minutes) I will definitely be using this service again and would recommend to anyone setting sail.

We decided to use Park By The Ports when we took our cruise in April. It was very easy and affordable. When you pull in, they have you unload your luggage under a canopy and then you park your vehicle. Once the shuttle is full, then you are driven to your cruise ship. There were 3 different cruise line stops for our group. Then when you return from your cruise, you go to the designated area for pick-ups and look for the shuttle. They load your luggage and take you back to the parking lot. Takes 20-30 minutes to get from point to point.

I would have given 5 Stars except for 2 items that are easy to correct: (1) Finding the location to drop the car took some time as there was construction around The Dania Beach Casino and (2) the pickup area at the Port was not really marked and with thousands of people getting off the ship it was a zoo. These two can be easily corrected by better signs around the Casino and having a person with a sign on the Port pickup area directing customers to the right place. I would not hesitate using them again, though.

My experience was very positive. I arrived at the parking area, checked in, parked my car and was at my Delta terminal within 20 minutes.
When I returned from my trip, I claimed my luggage, called for the shuttle and I was picked up in about 6 minutes and on the road home in about 20 minutes.

We used this service for a week long cruise we went on. We had 2 cars parked with park by the ports. They got us to and from the port very quickly and the driver was super nice. We had way too much luggage and the driver loaded us all up and all 6 passengers without a complaint. I had the.pleasure of using them when we took a cruise in Dec 2022. My husband and I booked last minute and drove from South Florida as we were leaving out of Port Canaveral.
We thought Parking by the ports was a wonderfully run operation. The employees were polite and efficient. Leaving their site to go to the port was.essy and comfortable with their bus system and our luggage handled well. Pick up the following week was.smooth as well. My story was one for the age's. I was traveling outside the Continental US from the Fort Lauderdale airport and I was leaving my vehicle at Park By The Ports the entire time I was planning to be out. Long story short., I wasn't able to board the plane and Kevin the manager at Park By The Port understood my situation and not only sent a driver to pick me and my family up from the airport asap but also refunded me the money since I didn't travel.

When we got back the battery was dead and the attendant was nice enough to give us a jump start, thank you!! They were on time for the drop off and pick up from the airport. Booked whilst in the UK, easy to do and got email receipts and acknowledgement with all their details on. For us, location was easy to find, check-in a breeze, did not wait long for transport to take us to Port Lauderdale, drive explained return pick-up procedure. We used Park By the Ports Airport Parking for the first time and had a very good experience. Easy to book and pay online ahead of time and when we got there it was an easy process. We parked and was taken to the airport right away and it was only a 5-10 min drive to the airport. When we returned from our trip we called as soon as we walked out to the ground transportation area. We did have a 15-20 min wait for the driver, but he did tell me that it would take that long. Overall, everything was good and no issues with our car. Would use them again.

They thought of things I hadn't, like having a stapler handy for those who need to put their tags in their suitcases. Quick service to the ships. I am giving this 5 stars for its overall excellence and the attentiveness of the staff. The only drawback was that there was poor signage (actually, none) upon our entry to the parking lot. That being said, had we entered up by the tent, I am sure it would have been easier. I want to say they were very organized, considering the number of people and ships they were handling that day. The best was the pick-up at the port at the end of the cruise. The driver was walking through the crowd, looking for the orange sticker on our clothing! We were so grateful since the bus was at the very end. He immediately assisted us with our luggage and led the way to the bus!!!

Arrived with reservation in hand and was promptly registered and instructed to park my car and proceed to the waiting area. I didn't realize I could have dropped off my luggage at the tent before registration but it wasn't a big deal.
We waited about 2 minutes for the shuttle and were quickly on our way to the port. We were the last stop and from pick up to drop off was about 12 minutes.
Driver was helpful and courteous. He pointed out the pick up location for after the cruise which was also a smooth trip.
Will use PBTP again.

Arrived at assigned time & check in took less than 5 min. Our bags were immediately loaded and we were off to Pt Everglades. The whole process took 30 min from arrival at Park by the Ports to arrival at the ship. Our 2nd time using this vendor. I will start off by saying I will definitely use this service again. However I did find the check-in process a little chaotic going from the booth back to the drop off back to the booth because we had to pay additional for our additional passenger, which we knew we had to do. I also found it annoying that every other week since I booked the reservation, I was asked to leave a review prior to my reservation. It's kind of hard to leave a review when you hadn't actually used the services yet. I would understand being asked after, but not before.
With all of that out of the way, I found the staff very nice and helpful! They were also quick getting us to and from the port, especially the from part when there were 5 ships in port at the same time, with everyone leaving at the same time. I will definitely book with them again, and would recommend others to book with them again.

Excellent, friendly and very efficient service. We were booked on a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and decided to drive from home. I found this company by searching for parking and am glad I did. The check in was easy and the drivers took care of loading our luggage onto the shuttle bus then delivered us to exactly where we needed to be. We just had to name the ship. On our return we were picked up quite quickly (no call required) and again our luggage was loaded onto the bus for us. At the other end our luggage was unloaded and then backloaded into our car. Tips were well deserved and if we do this again we will use "Park By The Ports".

We never parked and used the Ft. Lauderdale port to cruise out of so were a little nervous. We looked at reviews and felt that Park by the Ports sounded good. It couldn't have been better!!! It was so easy to find & all the people working there were so nice. We felt like our vehicle was going to be safe which upon return it was. Our first time using Park by the Ports and I was a little skeptical. To my surprise they were amazing!! It’s easy to find. Easy in and easy out (to 95). From the time we parked until we reached the cruise ship it was about 20 minutes. And on the return they were waiting for us and we were at our car in 20 minutes. The area is very safe. Left our car with Park by the Ports while we went on a cruise. Dropping off the car and luggage was a breeze. The shuttle to the port was excellent. Driver did not race to get there or weave in and out like so many others. Very friendly too. Pick up after the cruise was just as great. Found the shuttle, got into the van, waited just a few minutes for anybody else to come and off we went. We left our room at 8am. By 9:15 we were on the road to Orlando for our next stay. Excellent service and very polite guys. Will definitely use them again.

All I can say is WOW. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is easy to get to and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I was stressed from my drive and was immediately calmed by the our driver. The signs in the coach indicate that gratuities are equally shared amongst the staff. Great service. They loaded our luggage. Husband parked card and was very pleased with lighting and 24 hour security service for the week while on our cruise. When cruise was over we called and within seconds our van was there at the port to pick us up and take us back to our car. They helped load our luggage and we did tip. Everyone needs to tip. Park by the Port was great. It was a little difficult to find, mainly because I missed the great big sign telling me where it was..... It is up on the 7th floor, safe from people coming in to quickly break into cars. I had to wait 4 minutes for the van to take me to the port. I had already dropped my wife and suitcases off at Royal Caribbean, so the ride to the port was easy for me. It took about 10 minutes, mainly because the others in the van were being dropped first at Carnival.
As for pick up, I was surprised at how quick it was. We walked off the boat, and I had my blue sheet in my hand, and someone, who was not related to the Port by the Ports, saw it, and told me which van to go to. He was exactly where we expected him. It took less than 5 minutes for us to be loaded and 5 minutes to get back and leave in our car.

Pretty seamless procedure. I had no issues, found it very simple to order my parking dates online, pay and then show up. They took me to the port, and told me where they would pick me up. And they did. All good...couldn't ask for me. But park as close as possible to the drop off location, as you are not taken to your vehicle. Just go get your car, and come back for your bags...they do hold them for you. All good. I'll use them again.

Awesome service. I used them in June when I flew to Europe. I had a blast in London and Amsterdam not having to worry about my truck. Pick up could have been a little quicker, but I understand issues going which can slow things down. Plan to use again for Christmas.

My wife and I left our car at Park by The Ports when we took a cruise from Ft Lauderdale recently. Their service was excellent. A shuttle vehicle took us promptly to the cruise port and unloaded our bags. The car was safely stored for almost 4 weeks. I recommend Park by the Ports without hesitation.

I was worried in the beginning about this place. Not a lot of write ups on the property. I shouldn't have worried. The place was run by very friendly, very professional people. From the lot attendant to the shuttle driver,very good jobs guys! The pick up after getting back was quick and very much appreciated. We will definitely suggest this location to anyone. We will definitely be using it again.

I had a positive experience parking here. I had initially made a reservation at another facility nearby because their prices were very cheap but I hadn't read the reviews. As it got closer to my trip, I found some less-than-favorable reviews for the aforementioned place and decided I needed to cancel that reservation after what I read.
I then found Park by the Ports and noticed all the reviews were positive and felt much better about making a reservation compared to the other place. I had good experience parking- the area felt safe and secure, and everything went very smoothly getting me to the destination from the parking area, as well as on the trip back. I would recommend this place for sure!

We found the parking easily on our GPS. The lady driver was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us with the luggage even though it was very hot. We found her helping the other more matured travellers too with the same kindness. We would give her a thumbs up. The parking attendants were also very helpful and patient. They gave us two stickers with phone number to call upon our return. And the return system works great too as the same lady driver picked us with a very warm welcome home. Thank you for your service.

Reasonable rates and great way to leave your vehicle before flying out. The shuttles run every 15 minutes to drop off and when you arrive back, just call and the shuttle is just minutes away to scoop you up. Highly recommend, great service.

Easy in and out. You may drop off luggage under a shaded canopy and then park your car before walking back to the transport van so you don’t have to drag your luggage to the van through the parking lot. I liked this. The lot offers ample parking but isn’t too crowded so you can’t find your car when you return. The staff is friendly and transport to port is quick. They take you right to your cruise ship. Pick up is just as easy. I’d highly recommend parking at this facility! I’d use them again.
